Rosalind Maxwell-Harrison started her career as a professional Opera Singer, working for several years as a soloist with English National Opera, and maintaining a freelance career across Europe and the United States. In 1992, she retired from this profession to meet the needs of a growing family, and built a successful, 16 year career as a senior manager in the UK health service. From 2002 to 2008 she worked as an internal consultant to the NHS in the counties of the East Midlands leading the personal and lead
ership development agenda. She trained formally as a coach in 2006 with the School of Coaching, and uses her combined knowledge and experience from two diverse careers. Using positive psychology with a strengths based approach, Rosalind’s specialist skill is “Coaching for Presence” - helping clients to achieve their own, authentic leadership style. She is an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching.
She is passionate about helping people build a leadership pathway that is not solely focused on the “top job”. What needs to happen before that peak? As important, what happens afterwards? First Impact works with individuals and groups, developing leadership capability, enhancing performance, and supporting career progression.
